What we collect, why, and for how long.
Identity Data
Name, email, and phone collected at order, account creation, or service request. Retained for the life of the account plus 5 years (Indonesian commercial record requirement).
Electronic Communications
Electronic mails (Email) that may be send to you for the purpose of transaction notifications, products or services, advising you of changes or additions to this site, or for such other purpose(s) as we deem appropriate. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters in your account page and/or the email content.
Transactional Data
Order history, shipping address, invoices. Retained for 10 years per Indonesian tax law (UU KUP). Payment card data is never stored on our servers but handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 processors.
Service Data
Warranty claims, repair history, refurbishment requests. Retained for the duration of the serviceability window (up to 7 years from purchase) plus 2 years.
Behavioural Data
Anonymised, aggregate analytics (Section 02 cookies) only. No individual profiling, no automated decision-making with legal effect (Art. 22 GDPR / Art. 10 UU PDP).
Your Rights
Access · Correction · Erasure · Restriction · Portability · Objection · Withdrawal of Consent. All requests acknowledged within 3 business days and resolved within 30 calendar days at no charge.
Cross-Border Transfers
Data may be processed in EU (hosting) for functional and analytics. All transfers occur under SCCs or jurisdictions with equivalent protection levels per Pasal 56 UU PDP.

Pricing & Availability
Prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are inclusive of applicable local taxes. Regional pricing may vary, the price shown at checkout reflects your detected or selected location and may differ from prices shown in other regions. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will notify you promptly.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information within 2 business days of payment.
Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched. We accept bank transfer and payment gateway methods as listed at checkout. Payment card data is never stored on our servers, all card transactions are handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 processors.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates only, we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier that buyer choose. We suggest to use insurance provided by the shipment service to minimalize the risk and loss. Shipment insurance may be available depending on your selected courier and can be opted in at checkout; pricing and coverage terms vary by service.
Shipment Insurance
Where offered by your selected courier, shipment insurance is available as an optional add-on at checkout. Coverage, premium, and claim procedures are governed solely by the courier's insurance terms, Isoratif Digital Amertha acts only as a facilitator and bears no liability for insured or uninsured courier losses. We recommend enabling insurance for high-value orders.
Warranty & After-Sales
Each product carries a warranty as specified on its product page. Warranty claims and repair or refurbishment requests are handled by our Service Atelier. Full terms are set out in the Serviceability Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isoratif Digital Amertha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Returns handled with the same care as the craft.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible unless the item is covered under warranty.
Eligible Conditions
An item is eligible for return if it arrives defective, damaged in transit, or materially differs from its product description. We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, made-to-order, and personalised pieces are non-returnable unless defective. Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition and packaging will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our Service Atelier at [email protected] within the return window. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting video & photographs. We will respond within two business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
For defective, under warranty return (Indonesia only) or incorrectly sent items from us, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service. Items lost in return transit are the sender's responsibility.
International Returns
International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees incurred in transit. Returns must be shipped via a trackable, insured international courier. Mark the shipment clearly as "Returned Goods" on all customs declarations to avoid additional import charges. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being refused or held at customs, and Isoratif Digital Amertha bears no liability for such delays or costs. Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original payment currency; any foreign exchange differences are non-refundable. Please allow up to 14 business days for international returns to be received and processed.
Returnless Refund
In certain cases, such as return cost exceeds the item value we may offer a returnless refund meaning you keep the item and receive compensation without shipping it back. The resolution offered depends on the nature of the case and may take one of the following forms: (1) Full Refund: 100% of the item value refunded to your original payment method, typically issued for items that are severely damaged or where a return is impractical; (2) Partial Refund: a percentage of the item value refunded, applied where the issue is minor or the item remains usable; (3) Store Credit or Coupon: compensation issued as store credit or a discount coupon toward a future purchase, offered at our discretion or upon mutual agreement. Returnless refund eligibility is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed. However, on the case you have issue with your received product, we suggest you have photographic evidence for us to help you confirms the total loss. To request consideration, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant where stock permits, or store credit toward a future purchase. Direct exchanges for a different product are not supported. A return and new order will be required.

Some things are beyond anyone's control.
Definition
A Force Majeure Event means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Isoratif Digital Amertha, including but not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruption), pandemic or epidemic declared by a competent authority, war, civil unrest or terrorism, government action or regulatory restriction, nationwide strikes or labour disputes, critical infrastructure failure (power grid, internet), and natural disasters affecting our premises, supply chain, or courier partners.
Effect on Obligations
Where a Force Majeure Event prevents or delays our ability to fulfil an order, process a return, or respond within stated timeframes, our obligations under these terms are suspended for the duration of the event. We will not be liable for any resulting delay, non-delivery, or failure to perform.
Notice
We will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable once a Force Majeure Event arises that impacts their order. Notice will be sent to the email address associated with the order and, where possible, published on this site.
Resumption
We will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as the Force Majeure Event subsides. Where partial fulfilment is possible (e.g., some items in a multi-item order are unaffected), we will fulfil what we can and communicate clearly about the remainder.
Exclusions
Force Majeure does not apply to obligations that could reasonably have been avoided or mitigated, nor to financial difficulty, supplier price changes, or foreseeable market disruptions. It does not excuse our obligation to refund amounts already paid if we are ultimately unable to deliver.
