Isoratif Labs began in 2024, in a converted garage in Bandung. We make decoration and furniture object for people who have their delicate taste of aesthetic.

We operate without layers that slow down good ideas. Communication stays open and direct, reinforced by monthly town halls where every voice has a seat at the table. Creativity doesn't move in straight lines. Performance is reviewed collectively rather than individually and we measure what matters, product outcomes, not hours logged.
The best products emerge when disciplines collide early, not at handoff. Developers brainstorm with spatial designers. Product engineers pitch alongside marketers. Every function codetermines outcomes through cross-functional idea jams and team-based prototyping, ensuring our interior and tech products are shaped by holistic thinking from the very first sketch.
Leadership is a role, not a rank. Held by whoever the project needs/owned by at that moment. Task ownership rotates based on relevant skill, mentorship replaces rigid reporting chains. Skill development is never tied to seniority and every team member receives an annual learning stipend to keep growing on their own terms.
We make things the way we wish more things were made.
Skill is not declared, it is the residue left when everything unnecessary has been removed. Made slowly, by hand, in our workshop. Steel, woods, even stone. We choose materials that carry memory, and build joins that can be opened, repaired, and trusted a second time.
We do not design for the sale, we design for the decade after. Every object ships with a serial number and a service record. When something needs attention, send it back. We restore, refinish, and return it ready for another lifetime. Spare parts are stocked for years. The relationship does not end at the door.
Care is not a service tier. It is the posture behind every decision, how we source a hinge, how we pack a parcel, how we respond when something goes wrong. We make fewer things on purpose, attend to each one completely, and take full responsibility for what happens after it leaves our hands.
Isoratif was established in early 2024 by Arya and Afasyah, founded on a shared passion for architectural design and a commitment to distinctive, custom craftsmanship. Drawing on extensive architectural expertise, design-led thinking, and technical proficiency, the founders set out to develop bespoke conceptual art through functionality that defined by quality, precision, and purpose.

Everything is made in our atelier in Bandung, Indonesia. Some components and fabrication are sourced from long-term partners from another local business. We do not contract out final assembly.
