This document outlines the full scope of our serviceability offer from what we cover, how long we cover it, and what options are available to you when a product needs attention.
Three policies govern our post-purchase relationship: a Warranty that backs the integrity of our making, an After-Sales programme that keeps your product in service, and a Refurbishment path that closes the loop on waste entirely.

Transferability
Full terms and conditions are available upon request or at point of purchase. Warranty does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
The relationship does not end at the point of sale.
Service Window
After-sales support is available for up to 3 years post-purchase. We retain component stock and material batches for this period wherever possible, specific to SKU availability.
Repair Services
Electrical repairs, structural restoration, and finishing work are available. Repairs are carried out by our atelier. All repairs use original components or approved material equivalents.
Spare Parts
Key components, light drivers, hardware fasteners, surface finishes are available for self-service replacement. Parts are sold at cost. Guides and schematics are provided where applicable.
Service Turnaround
Standard repairs: 10 to 15 business days. Complex structural or finishing work: 1 to 6 weeks. You will receive a timeline estimate and status updates throughout.
Cost
Repairs covered by warranty are at no charge. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted transparently before work begins, you always have the final decision. There is no fee to receive a diagnostic assessment.
Shipping & Logistics
We provide secure packing instructions on every instruction manuals. For large or fragile items, white-glove collection and delivery can be arranged at an additional logistics fee.
