We are deliberately small. two people on the bench, one shared bell that rings when a piece is finished. Every object that leaves the atelier is signed, numbered, and remembered.
The studio keeps
its own clock.
What recurs in a workshop is what shapes it. Some are written down, most are not. All of them survive change of season and staff.
Coffee at the table
Open seating. No agenda, no minutes, no phones face-up. The first hour belongs to the room and to whoever is new this week.
Fitness
Fitness center is not far from the office, we often have specific schedule for those who take interest in taking care of their body.
Enlightment Space
We often attending convention/expo to reshape our senses. The seat always available to those who interested in taking part of it.
The graduate's letter
Each apprentice who graduates receives a handwritten note from every maker on the bench. Copies are not kept — only the original survives.

No. Half of our current team came from adjacent fields — architecture, industrial design, even bookbinding. We hire for the hand and the temperament. The craft itself we will teach, slowly.
